Create a storyboard for your video project using actual pictures of the locations that you wish to use. Place the photos in Word, Powerpoint, FCE, or whatever program you like and then add your comments about camera movement, script, music, sound effects, action, etc.
Using photos of the actual locations will give you a much better idea of framing, lighting, backgrounds (and maybe even background sound - but you have to listen really hard :) )

Create a 20 second video with
A file name of MyName - FCTest (save it right away and save often):
One of the following titles - Working and Eating Healthy, Vacation Exercise, Vacation Fine Dining, or a theme of your choice
Your name and sources for images, sounds and video in the credits
A background for part of the video that is one of your PS creations (it can be a new creation). Use a JPG version.
Two other still images
At least four transitions that work well with the motion or objects in your clips
At least two keyframed motion sequences (change in size or rotation or position)
A music track with at least two different music pieces. The music must fade in and out.
At least 3 sound effects
At least two video filters
Hand in the test when you are done
Work on your environment project or finish the Video 2 and 3 assignments
Do some research and talk to people before you begin
Use long or extra long shots to establish the scene or place
Use different camera distances and angles for interviews.
Use an external microphone for your audio
Check the lighting and background before you start shooting video
Use text to reinforce the verbal message more than one thing can be on the screen at a time!
Assessment - in addition to the above
Does your message come across convincingly?
Does your video guide the viewer to the conclusion or does it get in the way of teh message?
Is the sound good - clear and enough volume for the interviews?
